Utica Project

Project built upon a harvest/sampling journey made at Sculpture Space, Utica (New York). The objects and photographs harvest was conducted by the 31 nods of the rectangular pattern on the map of the city. The sampling was made on the terrain at each of the crossings of the lines on the map : an object was taken on the site and four pictures , one for each of the cardinal directions. Each site is shown in a new position in/out of a reversible box that becomes both canvas and pedestal for the work.
